This includes automated rent collection with online payment options (portal, ATM, ACH, credit card, and payments at 7-Eleven, CVS, and Walmart), 24/7 emergency maintenance coordination with vetted local vendors, three property evaluations (pre-move-in, mid-term, and move-out/renewal), tenant communication and conflict resolution, 24/7 AppFolio owner portal access with real-time financial reports, monthly owner statements, lease enforcement, HOA violation monitoring through our dedicated HOA department, and legal compliance. For Green Valley specifically, older sections (1980s) may need roof, hvac, and cosmetic updates — newer sections (2000s) require less immediate attention.
Owner payments are disbursed between the 9th and 13th of each month via ACH direct deposit.
